Is AcBoter free?
Yes. AcBoter is free to use. Renting AI accounts provided by AcBoter is a paid service.
Can I use AcBoter if I do not have AI platform accounts?
Yes. AcBoter does not require users to prepare accounts first. The platform can provide ready-to-use accounts and access environments.
How soon can I use it after purchase?
Setup is usually completed within 24 working hours. The exact time may vary depending on account resources and support confirmation.
Can multiple people use one account at the same time?
Team members can be added and assigned member accounts for collaborative use. For stability and account safety, we do not recommend sharing the same login identity directly.
Will an account be kept if I do not renew?
No. Please renew at least 3 days before expiration. Accounts that are not renewed in time will be disabled after expiration.
Is this a wrapper account?
No. AcBoter provides accounts for the corresponding official AI platforms, which users can use on the official websites.
Who is AcBoter for?
Individuals, creators, operators, teams, frequent AI tool users, and anyone who needs to manage multiple AI platforms.
Can I use multiple accounts at the same time?
Yes. Multi-account workflows are supported for multitasking, team collaboration, content production, and platform comparison.
Can I add my own accounts?
Yes. You can add your own AI platform accounts and bind separate proxy environments to manage accounts and access networks together.
Is adding my own accounts free?
Yes. Personal accounts can be added and managed for free.
What if my own account cannot be used after adding it?
Please first check whether the bound proxy can connect to and access the corresponding AI platform correctly.
Does AcBoter support auto-renewal?
Yes. After purchasing K credits, you can enable auto-renewal. If the balance is sufficient, renewal will be completed 3 days before expiration.
What are K credits?
K credits are prepaid service points used inside AcBoter for purchasing or renewing specified services.
Does AcBoter support Windows and macOS?
Yes. AcBoter provides Windows and macOS clients. Please choose the installer that matches your device.
What Codex modes are supported?
AcBoter supports Codex accounts, single-open and multi-open switching, and multi-account workflows.
What should I do if account access is unstable?
Check your network, proxy configuration, and account status first. If the issue continues, contact support with screenshots or recordings.
Can different accounts use different proxies?
Yes. Personal accounts can be bound to different proxies to separate access environments.
