These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AcBoter and related services operated by TRENDFLOW ECOMMERCE SERVICE PTE. LTD. (UEN: 201936895N, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By registering, purchasing, logging in, or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, the Purchase Agreement, and the Privacy Policy.
1. Service Scope
The service may include AI account management, AI platform account access, software clients, access environments, seat management, customer support, and other services shown on product or order pages.
Specific service content, pricing, service term, usage limits, and delivery methods are subject to the product page, purchase page, or order page.
2. Third-Party Platforms
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, an agent of, or an officially authorized reseller of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Midjourney, or any other third-party AI platform unless expressly stated on the product page.
Third-party AI platforms may change account rules, model capabilities, pricing, regional restrictions, risk-control policies, or service availability. These changes are outside our control.
If an account cannot be used normally for reasons not caused by the user, we will assess the issue based on the actual circumstances and may provide repair, replacement, service extension, balance return, or a proportional refund for unused service time.
3. User Account and Usage Rules
Users must provide true, accurate, and lawful information when registering, purchasing, and using the service.
Unless expressly allowed by the product page, each account or seat is limited to one designated user and may not be transferred, rented, resold, shared, or used by multiple people in rotation.
Users may not change passwords, bound emails, security verification methods, or other settings that may affect account stability unless expressly permitted by us.
If account restrictions, bans, or service issues are caused by sharing, abnormal login, unauthorized changes, violations of third-party rules, or unlawful use, we may suspend or terminate the service without refund.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or rule-violating activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, identity theft, infringement, malware distribution, unauthorized access, illegal or harmful content generation, account resale, risk-control bypass, or violation of export controls, sanctions, or trade restrictions.
If a user engages in prohibited conduct, we may suspend or terminate the service and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.
5. AI Output and User Responsibility
AI outputs are generated by third-party AI platforms or related models and may contain errors, omissions, bias, or unsuitable content.
Users should independently verify AI outputs and should not treat them as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, investment, recruitment, credit, or other major decisions.
Users are responsible for their inputs, usage behavior, and consequences arising from AI outputs.
6. Fees and Service Term
Users shall pay according to the price, term, and payment method shown on the order page.
The service term begins when the account is opened, a seat is assigned, or at the time otherwise agreed on the order page.
Unless otherwise provided by these Terms, the Purchase Agreement, or applicable law, services that have been activated and used normally are not refundable for personal or subjective reasons.
7. Service Changes and Interruptions
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service stability, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend or adjust part of the service due to maintenance, network issues, third-party platform changes, security risks, force majeure, or other reasonable causes.
8. Intellectual Property
The website, client, interface, trademarks, text, images, code, documents, and other content related to the service are owned by us or relevant rights holders, except for third-party rights content.
Users may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.
9. Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, loss of goodwill, or other consequential losses.
Except for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be limited by law, our total liability arising from the service shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the user for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim event.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms based on business, legal, or service changes. Updated terms will be published on the website with the update date.
Continued use after updates means acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Singapore.
